Dana G. "Buck" Rinehart was no stranger to the limelight during his eight years as Columbus mayor.
But yesterday brought a first: He served as grand marshal of the 25th annual Doo Dah Parade through the Short North, an area he says used to be the "armpit of Columbus" until he worked to clean it up.
